Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy services through the primary modalities of Existential, Emotion-Focused (EFT), Systems, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Fee: $200 per 50 minutes. Sliding scale offered. No insurance in-network at this time. Out-of- Network Superbills provided for reimbursement.
Couples Therapy
A couple may come to counseling for many reasons, not just conflict. Couple’s therapy aims to help the unit understand one another’s experience and communicate it. It is important to examine patterns of behavior to be able to change unhealthy ones.
Fee: $200 per 50 minutes or $250 per 75 minutes. Sliding scale offered. No insurance in-network at this time.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is about supporting each individual in a family unit to feel understood and supported. As humans we learn our behavior from those we spend our lives around; in order to support an individual more fully, we must forge safe supports outside of the therapy room.
Fee: $200 per 50 minutes or $250 per 75 minutes. Sliding scale offered. No insurance in-network at this time.
